Infosys Vs TCS Vs Wipro vs Cognizant vs Accenture: Attrition rates compared

As demands for skilled hands in cloud computing, data analytics and digital technologies are increasing, salaries for engineers in IT companies have soared as much as 40 per cent. The trend of higher wage increases for this group of engineers, who comprises 40-45% of the workforce at the largest IT outsourcing companies may continue as most firms see faster growth in the share of their digital business, said a Hindustan Times report. The report, however, also cites high number of employees actually resigning among this group, including Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture Plc, Cognizant and others that, in turn also leads to rise in attrition at these firms.
