The Board has approved a final dividend of Rs 10 per equity share with a face value of Rs 5 each for the financial year 2024-25, according to the company's regulatory filing.

"Once approved, the dividend will be credited to eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of the AGM," the company said in a filing.
