Swedish automaker Volvo Auto India has hiked price of its sports utility vehicle (SUV) XC90 Inscription by Rs 2.7 lakh.
Earlier, the company had fixed the price of XC90 Inscription at Rs 80.23 lakh (ex-showroom New Delhi).
The SUV car will now be priced at Rs 82.9 lakh (ex-showroom New Delhi), the company said in a press release on Tuesday.

The revised prices have been into effect from July 13 this year.
The automaker has kept prices of all its models unchanged, the statement said.
In addition, Volvo Auto India has launched XC90 Excellence T8 priced at Rs 1.25 crore (ex-showroom New Delhi).
The company sells luxury models such as Volvo S60, Volvo S60 Cross Country, Volvo V40 Cross Country, among others.
