Tata Power announces Rs 2.25 per share dividend for FY 2025; check out record and payment dates

Tata Group's electric utility and electricity generation company announced Rs 2.25 per cent dividend per equity share on Wednesday. May 14 for the financial year 2025.
"The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 2.25 per Equity Share of ₹ 1 each (@ 225%) to the Members for the financial year ended March 31, 2025," the company said in a stock market disclosure.
Tata Power has also announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of FY 2025.
Tata Power dividend record and payment dates
The company has fixed the record date as Friday, June 20, 2025. If the dividend is approved by the members at the AGM, it will be paid on or before July 7, 2025.

Power giant Tata Power delivered a significant 16.5 per cent jump in its consolidated net profit for the March quarter (Q4FY25). The company reported a net profit of Rs 1,043 crore for Q4FY25, a substantial rise compared to the Rs 895 crore profit recorded in the corresponding period last year.
The company's top line also witnessed healthy growth, with revenue from operations climbing by 8 per cent to Rs 17,096 crore in the reported quarter, up from Rs 15,847 crore in Q4FY24. This strong performance underscores Tata Power's operational efficiency and market presence.

Meanwhile, shares of Tata Power closed at Rs 397 each, up 2 per cent on BSE today, May 14.
