V H Group’s firm, Venkys, has declared a 100 per cent dividend along with its financial results for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024–25.
The small-cap company has announced a payout of Rs 10 per share with a face value of Rs 10, amounting to a 100 per cent dividend.
The Board has approved a dividend of Rs 10 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, according to the company.
