Auto components maker Samvardhana Motherson International reported a performance for the quarter and financial year ended March 2026, with growth in revenue, EBITDA and profit before tax on both year-on-year and sequential basis.

On a consolidated basis, total revenue from operations stood at Rs 34,309.31 crore in Q4 FY26, up 17 per cent from Rs 29,316.83 crore in Q4 FY25 and higher by 9.2 per cent from Rs 31,409.39 crore in Q3 FY26.

Total income increased to Rs 34,366.77 crore in Q4 FY26, rising 16.8 per cent year-on-year from Rs 29,433.22 crore and up 9.2 per cent sequentially from Rs 31,460.76 crore.

Total expenses rose to Rs 32,355.72 crore in Q4 FY26, up 14.3 per cent from Rs 28,313.25 crore in Q4 FY25 and higher by 7.8 per cent from Rs 30,028.22 crore in Q3 FY26.

Profit for the period stood at Rs 1,561.56 crore in Q4 FY26, increasing 40 per cent from Rs 1,115.38 crore in Q4 FY25 and up 45.7 per cent from Rs 1,072.27 crore in Q3 FY26.

Samvardhana Motherson Segment-wise Performance

Among business segments, the modules and polymer products division remained the largest contributor with revenue of Rs 16,736.71 crore in Q4 FY26, up 8.9 per cent year-on-year. The wiring harness segment reported revenue of Rs 10,235.62 crore, rising 19.1 per cent from a year ago.

The vision systems business posted revenue growth of 11.3 per cent year-on-year to Rs 5,532.96 crore during the quarter, while integrated assemblies revenue rose 20 per cent to Rs 2,877.25 crore.

The emerging businesses segment recorded the highest growth, with revenue jumping 59.5 per cent year-on-year to Rs 5,150.49 crore in the March quarter.

Samvardhana Motherson FY26 Results

For the full FY26, revenue from operations increased 10.9 per cent to Rs 1,26,103.67 crore from Rs 1,13,662.57 crore in FY25. Annual EBITDA rose 10.6 per cent to Rs 12,032.63 crore in FY26 compared with Rs 10,877.45 crore in FY25.

Profit before tax for FY26 stood at Rs 5,624.87 crore, up 6.9 per cent from Rs 5,261.29 crore in FY25.

Samvardhana Motherson Segment Profitability

On the profitability front, segment results for modules and polymer products rose 54.2 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,545.03 crore in Q4 FY26, while the wiring harness segment profit increased 9.7 per cent to Rs 1,170.27 crore.

The emerging businesses segment reported a profit of Rs 745.49 crore, up 91.4 per cent from the year-ago quarter.

Samvardhana Motherson Dividend 2026

Samvardhana Motherson International has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity share of face value Re 1 each for the financial year 2025-26.

The dividend recommendation is subject to shareholders’ approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting scheduled on July 30, 2026. If approved, the final dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Samvardhana Motherson Dividend History

The company had earlier paid an interim dividend of Rs 0.35 per share for FY26. With this, the total dividend for FY26 stands at Rs 0.60 per equity share.

The total dividend for FY26 is 5.3 per cent higher compared with Rs 0.57 per share paid for FY25 on a post-bonus basis.

Based on the company’s entire equity share capital of 1,055.44 crore shares, the proposed final dividend payout works out to around Rs 263.86 crore. Including the interim dividend, the total dividend payout for FY26 aggregates to nearly Rs 633.27 crore.
