Reliance Jio vs IDEA vs Airtel: At the moment in telecom market, there is a flood of offers for customers, as companies like Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular and Reliance Jio have come up with various cashback offers on 4G smartphones. It has been over one-year now since Mukesh Ambani's Rjio entered the telecom market and the new telco still manages to upset other operators. The situation is such that both Airtel and Idea have also learned that cheap plans, unlimited data, unlimited voice calls offer big returns to them. The latest brilliant plan being cashback offers on smartphones - RJio continues to lure customers with a bunch of freebies on its plan. RJio’s disruption is immense, and Airtel and IDEA are looking to show the new kid on the block, its place by making some counter-offers to subscribers that are special in every way.

So let’s have a look which cashback offers are best, provided by the above three mentioned companies.

IDEA’s Rs 2,000 cashback

This would be IDEA’s second cashback offer since February month. The company now provides Rs 2,000 cashback for existing & new Idea Prepaid Subscribers but only on new 4G Smartphone appearing first time on Idea network between February 23, 2018 to April 30, 2018.

According to IDEA, cashback offer will be credited in two installments.

First Installment of Cash back of Rs 750

• Subscriber is required to recharge the Idea Prepaid Mobile number on new 4G Smartphone with same IMEI number at least once a month with Rs.199 denomination and above for 18 months.
• Customers recharging with long validity MRP like 392, 398, 449, 459 & 509 need not recharge every month with Rs.199.
• Ensure Recharge of minimum Rs.3000 (Cumulative) over the period of preceding 18 months should be done on the new 4G Smartphone.

Second Installment of Cash back of Rs 1250

• Subscriber who will qualify for first instalment of Rs 750 can only qualify for second instalment of Rs 1250.
• Same device/IMEI is not a mandatory condition for second Cash Back Instalment.
• Subscriber is required to recharge the Idea Prepaid Mobile number at least once a month with Rs.199 denomination or above every month for next 18 months i.e. from 19th to 36th month.
• Customers recharging with long validity MRP like 392, 398, 449, 459 & 509 need not recharge every month with Rs.199.
• Ensure Recharge of minimum Rs. 3000(Cumulative) over the period of next 18 months i.e. 19th to 36th month should be done on any 4G Smartphone.

Special Recharge Offer at Rs.199

• An Idea prepaid Subscriber will be entitled to the following benefits on a special recharge of Rs.199
• With INR 199/- Unlimited Local + STD + Roaming Calls (subject to fair usage policy) + 1.4GB data per day + 100 SMS (Local + STD) per Day for a period of 28 days.
• Offer of 199 is subjected to get change in subsequent months depending upon market conditions and other competitive/regulatory environment.

Airtel’s Rs 2,000 cashback offer

Providing same amount cashback offer like Idea, Airtel is offering on select Nokia 4G smartphones.

Two variant like Nokia 2 and Nokia 3 smartphones, which are currently on sale for Rs.6,999 and Rs.9,499, respectively, are usually eligible for Airtel’s cashback offer.

For availing the offer, one needs to purchase Airtel's Rs 169 recharge plan for the two smartphones - which has validity of 28 days offering 1GB data per day along with unlimited local and STD voice calls as well as 100 free SMSes per day.

Just like Idea, Airtel's cashback will also be enjoyed in two installments. The first installment can be availed at the end of 18 months, while the second one by end of 36 months.

Under first installment, a customer needs to ensure cashback worth Rs 500, for which the minimum cumulative value of all recharges in the first 18 months should come at Rs 3,500.

While for second installment cashback worth Rs 1,500, a customer is needed to recharge with a minimum cumulative value of Rs. 3,500 for the next 18 months.

Reliance Jio's Rs 2,200 cashback offer

RJio under it's 'Football Offer’ provides users instant cashback of Rs 2,200 for new smartphones -which usually get activated on the Jio network for the first time.

Smartphones on brand's like Xiaomi, Samsung, Motorola, Asus, Huawei, Panasonic, LG, Nokia, Micromax, 10.or, LYF, BlackBerry, Intex, Alcatel, Comio, Jivi, Swipe, Zen, Ziox, Celkon, iVoomi, and Centric.

A user needs to recharge with RJio's Rs 198 or 299 prepaid plans for the first time, upon activation of the phone.

Offer can be availed on MyJio app, and is valid till March 31,2018.

After the recharge, RJio will credit the cashback offer to user's MyJio account in the form of 44 vouchers of Rs 50 each. Both new and existing Jio customer can avail this offer. The unused cashback vouchers will expire by May 31, 2022.
