Reliance Jio drags Airtel, Vodafone, Idea to CCI

Reliance Jio told Competition Commission that Airtel, Vodafone, Idea throttling its entry in telecom sector by forming cartel.

Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Jio has approached Competition Commission of India (CCI) against incumbent operators like Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular and Vodafone India.

Assem Manchanda of Zee Business reported, "Reliance Jio moved CCI alleging cartel by Airtel, Vodafone and Idea Cellular."

Recently, Telecom Regulator Trai fined the  three telecom players for not sanctioning the required POIs to Jio.
