300% Dividend: Bajaj Holding's subsidiary declares Rs 30/share payout - Know record date

Maharashtra Scooters Dividend 2025: Bajaj Holdings' subsidiary—Maharashtra Scooters, a midcap firm—declared a dividend of 300 per cent on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.

The automobile company announced a final dividend of Rs 30 per share, on a face value of Rs 10, for FY25.

Maharashtra Scooters' Dividend Record and Payout Date

According to the company, the dividend payment will be credited to shareholders' bank accounts on or around July 27 or July 28, 2025.

The board meeting was held on Wednesday, following which the company announced its March quarter earnings and the dividend.

Maharashtra Scooters Q4 Results

The company reported a net profit of Rs 51.63 crore for the January-March period, a manifold increase over its net profit of Rs 10 lakh a year ago.
