ITC Hotels Q4 Results: ITC Hotels reported a 34 per cent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit for the March quarter of FY26, supported by steady growth in its hospitality business. The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 317.43 crore for the quarter, compared with Rs 236.83 crore in the corresponding period last year, according to a regulatory filing on Friday.

Revenue growth remains steady

Revenue from operations rose 1.87 per cent to Rs 1,253.7 crore in the March quarter from Rs 1,230.68 crore a year ago.

The growth comes amid sustained demand across the hospitality sector, aided by strong domestic travel, weddings, business events and improving room tariffs.

Company announces final dividend

ITC Hotels also recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 per equity share for FY26.

The company has fixed May 21 as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for the dividend payout.

Hospitality sector remains in focus

The earnings announcement comes at a time when India’s hotel industry continues to benefit from healthy occupancy levels and premium pricing across major cities and leisure destinations.
