Hero MotoCorp Dividend Announcement: Hero MotoCorp has recommended a final dividend of 3,750 per cent, amounting to Rs 75 per equity share of face value Rs 2, subject to approval of shareholders at the upcoming 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, once approved, will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM.
For Q4 FY26, Hero MotoCorp posted revenue of Rs 12,797 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 1,401 crore.
