HCL Tech Q4FY26 Results: HCL Technologies reported a steady performance for the March quarter (Q4FY26), with net profit rising 4.2 per cent year-on-year to Rs 4,488 crore and revenue growing 12.34 per cent to Rs 33,981 crore. On a sequential basis, profit increased 10.10 per cent, while revenue saw a marginal uptick of 0.32 per cent compared to the previous quarter.

Profit growth remains steady

The company’s consolidated net profit stood at Rs 4,488 crore, up from Rs 4,307 crore in the same quarter last year. The sequential improvement in profit reflects better operational performance during the quarter, even as growth remained moderate.

Revenue sees double-digit YoY rise

Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs 33,981 crore, compared with Rs 30,246 crore a year ago, marking a 12.34 per cent increase. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue growth remained largely flat, indicating a stable demand environment.

Interim dividend announced

The company’s board has declared an interim dividend of Rs 24 per equity share of face value Rs 2 each for the financial year 2026-27.
The record date for determining eligible shareholders has been fixed as April 25, 2026, while the dividend is scheduled to be paid on May 5, 2026.
