GNFC Q4 Results: Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited reported a sharp rise in profit for the March quarter of FY26, helped by strong operating performance and higher margins.

The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 396 crore, up 87.7 per cent from Rs 211 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Revenue from operations rose 7.4 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2,208 crore compared to Rs 2,055 crore reported in the year-ago quarter.

Operating performance improves sharply

The company recorded a significant improvement in operating profit during the quarter.

EBITDA stood at Rs 482 crore against Rs 240 crore in the same period last year, nearly doubling on a year-on-year basis.

EBITDA margin expanded to 21.8 per cent from 11.7 per cent a year earlier, reflecting better operational efficiency and improved profitability across businesses.

Board declares dividend

The board of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited announced a dividend of Rs 21 per equity share for FY26.

The company operates in fertilizers, chemicals and industrial products and remains one of the major integrated players in the sector.
