The e-commerce portal promises free & faster deliveries to the customers, early access to major sales on the platform and more.
According to the company, with Flipkart Plus customers will have a superior experience like free and fast delivery, early access to major sale events such as big festive season sales, and an enhanced customer support experience along with the ‘Plus Coins’ that the customers will earn with each order.
"At Flipkart, we deeply understand the Indian customer and solve for them meaningfully. This means that everything we do is not just limited to a particular section of the society but appeals to a wider audience. With that in mind, we have crafted Flipkart Plus as India’s most inclusive customer benefits program and we’re extremely thrilled to launch it this Independence Day," said Kalyan Krishnamurthy, CEO, Flipkart, as cited by Telecom Talks.

The Amazon Prime membership also provides faster & free delivery along with early access to major sales, dedicated Prime Day sale. Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Prime Music services are also free for the prime members across the country.
