Coforge said its board of directors will meet on December 26, 2025, to evaluate proposals for raising funds through the issuance of equity shares or other securities. The options under consideration include private placement, qualified institutional placement (QIP), preferential allotment and other permissible routes.

The company added that an analyst and investor call has been scheduled at 5:30 pm IST on the same day, following the conclusion of the board meeting.

Recent trading history and 52-week range

Coforge had touched a 52-week low of Rs 1,190.84 on April 7, 2025. Tuesday’s decline adds to investor caution around the stock, especially ahead of clarity on the proposed capital-raising exercise.

Investor outreach planned post board meeting

Alongside the board decision, Coforge said it will participate in a non-deal roadshow, with meetings scheduled in Mumbai on December 29 and in Singapore on December 30. The roadshows will include one-on-one and group interactions with investors.

Market participants are likely to track management commentary closely for details on the size, timing and purpose of the proposed fund raise.
