Century Enka Dividend: Aditya Birla Group firm announces Rs 10 per share dividend for FY 25

The board of directors of Century Enka has announced a Rs 10 per equity share dividend for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025, according to a stock market disclosure.

"The Board of Directors has also recommended a dividend at the rate of 100% (i.e., Rs.10/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each) for the financial year ended on 31st March 2025," the company said in a regulatory filing.

The record and payment dates of the dividend were not disclosed by the company.

Century Enka Q4Fy25 results

The Aditya Birla Group's company Century Enka also shared its financial results for the fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2025.

Century Enka reported revenues of Rs 444 crore each in the fourth quarter of FY 2025. Its PAT (profit after tax) was Rs 6.9 crore.

Shares of Century Enka closed at Rs 453.75 each, down 14 per cent on BSE today, May 6.
