Bharti Airtel Limited posted a 10 per cent rise in Q4 profit and announced a final dividend of Rs 24 per share for FY26.

Bharti Q4FY26 Results: Bharti Airtel Limited reported a 10 per cent quarter-on-quarter rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 7,325 crore for Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 6,631 crore in the previous quarter. Revenue from operations increased 3 per cent to Rs 55,383 crore from Rs 53,982 crore, while EBITDA rose 2 per cent to Rs 31,492 crore against Rs 30,783 crore. The company also announced a final dividend of Rs 24 per share.

ARPU decreases sequentially

One of the key highlights of the quarter was Bharti Airtel’s Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), which stood at Rs 257 in Q4 FY26 compared with Rs 245 in the corresponding quarter last year.

However, on a sequential basis, ARPU saw a slight decline from Rs 259 reported in the December quarter to Rs 257 in the March quarter.

ARPU remains one of the most closely tracked indicators in the telecom sector as it reflects customer spending patterns and revenue quality.

Margins remain stable

Bharti Airtel reported EBITDA margins of 56.9 per cent for the March quarter, marginally lower than 57 per cent reported in the previous quarter.

The company continued to see stable operational performance despite ongoing investments in network expansion and customer acquisition.

Bharti Airtel announces Rs 24 final dividend

The board of Bharti Airtel Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs 24 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The dividend announcement reflects the company’s continued focus on shareholder returns alongside business expansion.

Focus remains on 5G rollout

Bharti Airtel has been aggressively expanding its 5G footprint across India while also focusing on premiumisation and higher data consumption to improve monetisation.

The telecom operator remains one of the strongest players in India’s telecom market, competing across mobile, broadband and digital services segments.
