Bajaj Finance Q4 Results: Dividend
The NBFC announced a Rs 12/share special dividend with Rs 44/share final dividend, amounting to a total payout of Rs 56 per share.
Bajaj Finance Q4 Earnings
The Pune-headquartered NBFC registered a 17.1 per cent year-on-year rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 4,480 crore for the quarter ended March 31.
Its net interest income (NII) grew 22.4 per cent to Rs 9,807 crore for the final three months of FY25.
Both top-line and bottom-line fell short of analysts' expectations.
According to Zee Business research, Bajaj Finance was estimated to register a March-quarter net profit of Rs 4,520 crore with net interest income of Rs 9,835 crore.
Bajaj Finance Q4 Earnings: Asset quality improves
Bajaj Finance staged a slight improvement in its asset quality, captured as the proportion of bad loans in total loans.

Bajaj Finance share price vs Nifty 50
The NBFC stock ended the trading session on Tuesday flat at Rs 9,089.3 apiece on BSE.
The stock has jumped by 33.13 per cent in the 1-year period.
The Nifty 50 benchmark, meanwhile, has risen by 7.47 per cent.
