Amul has decreased its milk prices by Rs 1 per litre across variants, the company announced today, January 24.

The news of the price cut of 1-litre Amul milk packs was announced by Jayen Mehta, the Managing Director of the Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF).

The dairy company has cut the prices of 1-litre pack of Gold, Taaza and Tea Special milk.

New rates of these variants

After reduction in prices, one-litre pouch of Amul Gold milk will be Rs 65. The price of a one-litre pouch of Amul Tea Special milk will be 61. Similarly, the rate of Amul Taaza milk will be reduced from Rs 54 per litre to Rs 53.

In June 2024, Amul increased its milk prices across all variations by Rs 2 per litre.
