E-commerce giant Amazon, through its 'Global selling program', is providing an opportunity to traders to export their product through it. Under this programme, which was launched in India in May 2015, Amazon facilitates easy, simple and convenient access to traders to sell their products to consumers across the globe from India. According to the website, "currently, over 50,000 Indian manufacturers, sellers and exporters are using this platform to sell their offerings across Amazon's 11 international marketplaces. The program offers a comprehensive suite of end-to-end solutions that include assisting you with imaging, logistics, tax advisory and remittance."

Amazon also informs that with over 140 million Indian products listed on its global marketplaces, the global sales has expanded "selection of popular Indian products into several categories." Notably, Amazon's 11 global marketplaces include North America, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Japan, Australia and the UAE. 

According to Amazon website, the world class logistics solution - 'Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)' helps pack and ship your products to international customers from over 180+ countries in as low as 2 days. Also, our exclusive solution 'Sponsored Products' helps advertise your products to global customers to help increase your brand's visibility. Besides this, the website also informs that its third party 'Solution Providers Network' will also help you with solutions like Taxation, Imaging, Cataloguing, Compliance, Logistics, etc.

In order to grow your you business, you can also take other tips available on the Amazon. It informs that you can set up your store and sell on Amazon.in, adding "Showcase and sell your products online across India and the world by using our easy to use listing tools or through our professional Service Partners."

Further, it takes care of shipping and delivery for you so that you can focus on your business, and deducts fees only after you make a sale and ensure you get timely payments. You can also take your products global and sell online in the US and EU through Amazon.

2. Prior to that you need to create your account, and register your name, mobile and email along with password 

3. On the given link, you can click and follow 3 simple steps to start 

4. You should now register your global Amazon account

5. Your should provide your product details

6. After accomplishing these steps, you can start selling internationally

Amazon in its annual "export digest" has stated that Indian sellers in 2018 has witnessed 56% growth in the  number of global sellers. It has also mentioned the state and cities whose products are in most popular categories in foreign land. The states including Delhi, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana have emerged as the places from where most of the international exports were done in 2018.
