Muthoot Finance Dividend 2025: Major gold loan NBFC, Muthoot Finance, has announced a dividend payout of 260 per cent during Monday's market session.
The company's board of directors held a meeting in which they approved an interim dividend of Rs 26 per equity share for the financial year 2024–25, amounting to a 260 per cent payout.
"Considered and approved the payment of an interim dividend of ₹26 per equity share for FY 2024–25," the company said in a regulatory filing.
Gold loan provider maintains dividend consistency; declares Rs 24/share in past year
The gold loan company has a track record of rewarding its shareholders, declaring 18 dividends since August 16, 2012.
Over the last 12 months, the company has announced an equity dividend of Rs 24.00 per share. Based on the current market price of RS 2,203.70, this suggests to a dividend yield of approximately 1.23 per cent as per the previous closing (Thursday, April 17).

Muthoot Finance Dividend Update: Are you eligible for the payout?
The company has announced that shareholders will be eligible for the dividend if their names appear in the company’s records at the close of business on April 25, 2025.
What if you are an electronic/physical shareholder?
Electronic (Demat) holders: If your shares are held in demat form, your name must appear in the list provided by the depositories (like NSDL or CDSL) as of April 25, 2025.
Physical shareholders: If you still hold physical share certificates, your name must be listed in the company’s Register of Members by that date.
The company has also stated that the interim dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration, meaning shareholders can expect the payment by that deadline.
Muthoot Finance stock surges over 4%
At the last count (12:56 pm), shares of Muthoot Finance climbed as much as 4.64 per cent from the previous close, according to BSE data. On Monday, April 21, the NBFC stock touched an intraday high of Rs 2,209 and a low of Rs 2,121.10.
