Banganga Paper Industries Limited appoints Dr Keshav Laxminarayana Patkar as additional director (non-executive, independent)

Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of Banganga Paper Industries (BPIL) by a resolution passed by circulation dated February 2, 2026, has reviewed and approved the appointment of Dr. Keshav Lakshminarayana Patkar as Additional Director (Non Executive, Independent) of the Company. Dr. Keshav Patkar is an accomplished quality professional having about 3 decades of history of proven working in the consumer goods industry. With nearly 30 years experience of the brewing and consumer goods industry, he is a highly attained quality and operations leader with a reputation for combining deep technical experience and strategic execution. A Master Brewer, a PhD graduate, he has successfully held brewing, quality and innovation positions in globally reputed organizations SABMiller and AB InBev and has had an influence on both international and domestic brands. He has been instrumental in localisation of iconic global brands like Budweiser, Corona, Hoegaarden, Peroni and also developing a number of successful Indian craft and premium offerings. His strengths range from process optimization, yeast management, quality system, energy efficiency, new product development - consistent delivery of measurable results in productivity, cost reduction and product excellence. A respected industry innovator, he has brought breakthrough technology, published research, led expansive expansions and put together exceptionally well performing teams. Today, he still impacts the brewing ecosystem through his reliable advice to startups and breweries in order to become world class.
