With limited formal experience, insufficient funding, and minimal guidance, each step forward felt like navigating a maze. The futuristic approach of Leeford’s business model made it further challenging as the market struggled to understand at the beginning. Hence, going from door to door to connect and convince the channel partners became a battle of belief that required persistence, understanding, and time.
But his exceptional ability to nurture and sustain strong relationships has ensured that every business associate who once joined hands with Leeford continues to grow alongside the company in various aspects of life, even today.

Leeford made its mark in 2011 with the establishment of its first dedicated oral solids and liquid manufacturing unit in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. Over time, Leeford expanded its capabilities by setting up six additional units, achieving 70 per cent in-house production. Today, the company stands tall as India’s 2nd-largest Product Portfolio in the country’s generic pharma industry, with operations in more than 75 therapeutic categories with over 1950 products available in over 20 dosage forms.
