New Royal Enfield Classic 350 ABS launched - Check out its price and exciting features

Royal Enfield Classic 350 ABS variant has been launched in India at a price of Rs 1.53 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new Royal Enfield Classic 350 ABS comes with the price jumping by Rs 5,800 for the additional feature when compared to the non-ABS bike. Further, the new Royal Enfield bike retains the same 350cc, single cylinder, air-cooled engine mated to a five-speed transmission system.


According to reports, the new Royal Enfield Classic 350 bike is equipped with a dual-channel ABS so that the safety equipment operates on both wheels of the motorcycle.  Image source:


So far, only Classic 350 was left in the Royal Enfield Classic family to be updated with an ABS. By April 2019, all the two-wheelers with an engine displacement of 125cc and above would have to have an ABS.  Image source:


The engine of the new Royal Enfield Classic 350 ABS can produce a maximum power output of 20 bhp, while the peak torque is rated at 28 Nm. The bike's suspension system comprises conventional telescopic forks up front along with twin spring shock absorbers at the rear.  Image source:

Notably, the CBS (Combined Braking System) has been made mandatory from April 2019 month, keeping in mind the alarming number of fatalities in two-wheeler accidents on the roads.
