TVS iQube S 4.7 kWh Launched: TVS Motor Company on Wednesday, May 6, expanded its iQube portfolio with the launch of the TVS iQube S 4.7 kWh in India. This is an upgraded version of the TVS iQube S, as the company has increased its battery capacity to 4.7 kWh, giving it a higher capacity. The new variant also offers an IDC certified range of 175 km, along with new colour options and is priced at Rs 1,37,142 (effective ex-showroom Delhi, inclusive of central and state subsidy).
According to the company, this latest addition will enable "families to go further with greater ease and confidence."
"Designed for everyday practicality, the larger battery enables riders to seamlessly navigate daily commutes as well as longer, unplanned journeys with greater confidence," it added.
The company has introduced two new colours: Magnificence Purple Beige and Harlequin Blue Beige. In addition to these, the TVS iQube S 4.7 kWh model is available in the standard Titanium Grey Matte colour.
According to the company, over 900,000 families in India have adopted the TVS iQube, making it one of the most trusted family electric scooters in the country. The company describes the scooter as being based on three fundamental principles:
Currently, the TVS iQube Electric scooters are available in over 1,000 cities and 3,300 dealerships across India.
Recently, TVS Motor Company reported total sales of 473,970 units in April 2026, compared to 443,716 units sold in the same period a year ago. The monthly sales figure fell short of analyst expectations. According to Zee Business Research, the company's total sales in April were estimated at 518,000 units.

TVS adds that it has implemented counter measures and expects its production to recover in May.
Its exports are up 3 per cent at 1,20,008 units in April 2026.
The company reported total two-wheeler sales of 4,55,333 units in April 2026, registering a growth of 6 per cent compared to 4,30,150 units sold a year ago. Domestic two-wheeler sales grew 8 per cent to 348,545 units.
It clinched a 36 per cent jump in EV sales to 37,771 units in April 2026. A year ago, it had sold 27,684 electric vehicle units.
