Citroën introduces C3 Sport Edition: Key highlights you should know

Citroën C3 Sport Edition Launched: Citroen India on Monday, June 16, introduced a special edition - the C3 Limited Sport Edition - of its hatchback Citroen C3 compact SUV in India. According to the company, it is a dynamic and distinctive version of the popular hatchback, and is designed for customers who seek style, quality, and sporty performance.

With limited units planned, this new edition comes equipped with exclusive features and segment-leading capability. Here are some of the key highlights of the C3 Limited Sports Edition:

• Ambient Cabin Lighting
• Sporty Pedal Kit
• Custom Sport-Themed Seat Covers
• Matching Carpet Mats and Seatbelt Cushions
• Optional Wireless Charger and Dash Cam

To give it a sportier look, the upcoming version of the Citroen C3 will feature bold ‘Sport’ decals, ambient lighting, and sporty pedals. Inside, the cabin will stand out with custom seat covers, seatbelt cushions, and carpet mats—all styled to add to the C3’s athletic identity, the company informed.

Additionally, a new body colour – Garnet Red – has been introduced in the C3 lineup.

According to the company, this edition is not just about looks; the Citroën C3 continues to lead the segment in driving performance with:

• The most powerful 1.2L Turbo PureTech engine delivering 110 PS and 205 Nm of torque
• Best-in-class acceleration, sprinting 0-100 km/h in just 10 seconds
• True automatic experience with a smooth 6-speed torque converter AT, unlike the AMTs commonly seen in the segment

Price difference between Citroen C3 compact SUV and Citroën C3 Limited Sport Edition

The Citroën C3 Limited Sport Edition is now available across all Citroën dealerships in India at a premium of Rs 21,000 over the standard editions. The Optional Tech Kit, consisting of a Dashcam and  Wireless Charger, can be availed at Rs 15,000.
