BYD Atto 3 launched in India: Check booking amount, range, specs & features of electric SUV
BYD Atto 3 Launched: The vehicle is offered with a 60.48 kWh BYD Blade battery. It can produce 150 kW maximum power and 310 Nm maximum torque with the permanent magnet synchronous motor.
BYD Atto 3 Launched: BYD Automotive Company launched its new electric vehicle BYD Atto 3 in the Indian market on Tuesday, October 11. It is the country's first "sporty Born e SUV", the company said.
Interested customers can book the newly launched vehicle by paying a booking amount of Rs 50,000. According to the company, the Atto 3 is inspired by the attosecond that represents the pursuit of speed and excelsior.
"Inspired by the ATTOSECOND the smallest time-scale unit in physics representing the Pursuit of Speed and Excelsior. BYD-ATTO 3, India’s First Sporty BORN E-SUV. Now Launched in India," the company captioned on Instagram.
The BYD India further posted on social media with the caption, "BYD-ATTO 3 combines six core advantages -Trend-leading Appearance, Rhythmic Interior, Thunderous Power, Fun Settings, Born EV Platform, and Ultra-safe Blade Battery. Submerge in the rhythm of thunderous power and enjoy the ride of a lifetime. BYD-ATTO 3, bookings are now open in India."
The car measures 4,455mm in length, 1,875mm in width and 1,615mm in height. Also, its wheelbase is 2,720 mm. BYD Atto 3 has 4 exciting colors. These are boulder gery, parkour red, ski white and surf blue.
The vehicle is offered with a 60.48 kWh BYD Blade battery. It can produce 150 kW maximum power and 310 Nm maximum torque with the permanent magnet synchronous motor. The battery pack can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in 50 minutes.
The e-SUV has a range of 521 km in a single charge. The car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/hr in 7.3 seconds.
The BYD Atto 3 is one of the feature-packed electric SUVs in its segment. It has a 12.8-inch rotating touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. The EV gets a 5-inch digital instrument cluster, panoramic sunroof with electric slide and anti-pinch, and wireless charging, steering wheel with mounted controls and more.
In terms of safety, the car comes equipped with 7 airbags. Apart from that, it has features like seat belt reminder, 360° view monitor, electric parking brake system (EPB), anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic stability program (ESP), traction control system (TCS), electronic brake force distribution (EBD) and much more.
