2026 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V launched with new variants, key features now standard

2026 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V: TVS Motor Company (TVSM) has refreshed its 160cc segment by launching two new variants along with the existing top variant in India on Monday, March 30. With this update, projector headlight, all-LED lighting and assist & slipper clutch will now be available across all models of the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V range.

"The introductions focus on enhancing rider safety, night-time visibility and control, while retaining the motorcycle’s proven performance and racing DNA," said the two and three-wheeler manufacturer.

The new variants of the 2026 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V are now equipped with the best-in-segment Class-D projector headlamp with LED DRLs, a comprehensive all-LED lighting setup including LED turn signal lamps, and an Assist & Slipper Clutch that enables smoother downshifts and improved rider comfort. The top variant (USD with TFT & Traction Control) already features these advanced technologies.

The TVS Apache RTR 160 4V delivers 17.55PS power, control and advanced technology. The motorcycle offers class-leading performance and features three ride modes - Sport, Urban and Rain, a segment-first innovation.

Connectivity and Hardware Features

It is further equipped with radial tyres for superior grip and stability, TVS SmartXonnectTM with turn-by-turn navigation, call alerts, and a hydroformed handlebar.

No Changes to Engine Specifications

It should be noted that all other mechanicals, engine specifications, and performance parameters remain unchanged.
