Auto Sales LIVE September 2024: Escorts total sales up 2.5%

Escorts reports total sales of 12,380 units in September 2024, marking a year-on-year increase of 2.5 per cent. 

According to Zee Business research, the tractor manufacturer was estimated to register total sales of 12,000 units last month.

The Tata group auto giant registered total CV sales of 84,281 units and PV sales of 1,30,753 units in the July-September period, down 19 per cent and 6 per cent respectively.

The company's total quarterly figure comprises sales in the domestic as well as international markets, marking a decline of 11.5 per cent on a year-on-year basis, according to a regulatory filing.
