Bharat Forge Ltd.’s profit rose 23% to Rs 299.20 crore in the second quarter of this financial year, compared to Rs 243.59 crore in the previous quarter, the company said in a stock exchange filing on Tuesday.

Revenue grew 9.3% year-on-year to Rs 4,031.93 crore for the three months ended September. Ebitda rose 12% year-on-year to Rs 725.66 crore, and the Ebitda margin improved to 18%.

Consolidated (YoY) performance

- Revenue up 9.3% to Rs 4,031.93 crore versus Rs 3,688.51 crore.

- Net profit up 23% to Rs 299.20 crore versus Rs 243.59 crore.

- Ebitda up 12% to Rs 725.66 crore versus Rs 647.28 crore.

- Margin at 18.0% versus 17.5%.

<h2>Bharat Forge Order Book</h2>

The company received in-principle approval to raise up to Rs 2,000 crore through term loans, non-convertible debentures or other debt instruments. It secured new orders worth Rs 1,582 crore in the first half of the financial year, including Rs 559 crore from defence. The defence order book stood at Rs 9,467 crore as of the first half.

2:1 Bonus Issue: Thyrocare Technologies, the BSE SmallCap healthcare services company, has fixed the record date for its upcoming bonus share issue.

<h2>2:1 Bonus Issue</h2>

The company had earlier declared a 2:1 bonus issue, approved by the board in October as part of its silver jubilee celebrations marking 25 years since incorporation. The board said the bonus issue was a gesture of appreciation for shareholders' continued trust and support.

In its October 14 exchange filing, the company stated that shareholders will receive 2 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 10 each for every 1 existing fully paid-up share held as on the record date.

A bonus issue, or bonus share, is when a company gives existing shareholders extra shares for free, in proportion to the number of shares they already own. The additional shares are funded by the company's retained earnings or accumulated reserves. In this case of 2:1 bonus issue, a shareholder would receive two additional share for every share they own.&nbsp;

<h2>Record date and allotment schedule</h2>

Thyrocare has fixed November 28, 2025, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders for the bonus issue, according to its filing dated November 16.

"...the Company has fixed Friday, November 28, 2025, as the “Record Date” for determining the eligibility of shareholders for issuance and allotment of Bonus Shares," the company noted in an exchange filing.

The company added that the deemed date of allotment of bonus shares will be December 1, 2025, and the shares will be available for trading from December 2, 2025.

<h2>Thyrocare Share price</h2>

At 12:28 pm on Monday, Thyrocare Technologies’ shares were trading at Rs 1,540.60. The stock was down 1.5 per cent from the previous close on the BSE. The stock has a 52-week range between Rs 1,613.90 and Rs 658. The company’s market capitalisation stood at Rs 8,313.55 crore as of November 17, 2025.

2:1 bonus share, 1:5 stock split: A financial services company has announced major corporate actions, including a stock split and a bonus issue, aimed at improving liquidity and boosting retail participation. The company in focus is Delphi World Money. The company operates in the financial services space with a strong presence in forex services across India.

At around 10:45 AM, the shares of Delphi World Money traded at Rs 199.60, down 0.42 per cent on Monday. The stock moved between a high of Rs 206.05 and a low of Rs 196.40 during the session.

<h2>1:5 Stock Split</h2>

Delphi World Money’s board has approved a stock split, where the face value will be reduced from Rs 10 to Rs 2 per share. Each existing share will be split into five shares. After the split, the authorised share capital will expand to 25 crore shares of Rs 2 each, while the paid-up capital will increase to 8.17 crore shares.

<h2>2:1 Bonus Share</h2>

The company has also cleared a bonus issue in a 2:1 ratio, offering two fully paid bonus shares for every one share held. Post-bonus, the share capital will rise to Rs 49.05 crore, with 16.35 crore bonus shares to be issued by capitalising reserves.

The record date for the above corporate actions will be announced in due course.&nbsp;

<h2>Rights Issue</h2>

During the quarter, the company’s Board of Directors approved a rights issue involving 52,23,295 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. The issue price was set at Rs 191 per share, including a premium of Rs 181, taking the total fundraise to Rs 9,976.49 lakh.

The rights issue was offered to eligible shareholders in the ratio of 23 rights shares for every 49 fully paid-up shares held as on the record date of October 14, 2025. The stock opened at Rs 1,621, hit a high of Rs 1,625 and a low of Rs 1,605.50. The company’s market capitalisation stood at Rs 1.09 lakh crore, with the 52-week range between Rs 1,749 and Rs 1,581.10.

<h2>LG Electronics India Q2 Results FY26 Highlights&nbsp;</h2>

The company, listed on October 14, posted a net profit of Rs 535.70 crore for the July–September period, lower than the previous year. Revenue from operations remained largely flat at Rs 6,174.02 crore, compared with Rs 6,113.88 crore in the same quarter last year. Operating performance weakened as EBITDA fell 27.7 per cent year-on-year to Rs 547.5 crore, down from Rs 757.4 crore, while the EBITDA margin dropped sharply to 8.9 per cent from 12.4 per cent. The numbers indicate that the company faced rising costs and a squeeze on margins during the quarter.

<h2>LG Electronics India Share Price Target</h2>

Brokerage Nomura remained positive on the stock and maintained its Buy rating. It raised the target price to Rs 1,900 from Rs 1,800, noting that LG continues to be a strong play on affordable premiumisation in the consumer durables segment. According to Nomura, new launches, B2B expansion, export growth and localisation are expected to support growth and margins. It added that the current valuation of 34 times FY28 earnings is attractive, supported by expectations of a 24 per cent earnings CAGR over FY26–28.

LG Electronics India's IPO, which had a final issue price of Rs 1,140 per share, was listed on the stock exchanges on October 14, 2025, at Rs 1,710.10 on the NSE and Rs 1,715.00 on the BSE. This represented a premium of over 50 per cent on its listing day.&nbsp;

TMPV Share Price: Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) shares fell sharply on Monday after the company reported disappointing Q2 FY26 earnings. The stock dropped as much as 6 per cent in early trade and was quoting at Rs 369, down 5.7 per cent from Friday’s close of Rs 391.2.

The decline came after a significant deterioration in Jaguar Land Rover’s (JLR) profitability, a cut in full-year margin guidance, and a higher-than-expected operational impact from the September cyberattack.

<h2>TMPV Q2 Results Highlights</h2>

TMPV reported a net profit of Rs 76,248 crore for Q2, driven by a one-time notional gain of Rs 82,600 crore from discontinued operations. Excluding this, the company posted a loss of Rs 6,368 crore, compared with a profit of Rs 3,056 crore a year ago. Revenue fell 13.51 per cent to Rs 72,349 crore. JLR revenue declined 24.3 per cent to £4.9 billion.

The company slashed its FY26 EBIT margin guidance for JLR to 0–2 per cent from the earlier 5–7 per cent. JLR’s EBIT margin stood at –8.6 per cent during the quarter, hit by shutdowns following the cyber incident. Production in September was fully lost, while October output recovered to 17,000 units.

<h2>Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) Share Price Target</h2>

Brokerages maintained mixed views but trimmed target prices. Goldman Sachs kept a Neutral rating and cut its target to Rs 365, citing a sharp miss in JLR earnings and continued production disruption.

Jefferies maintained Underperform with a lower target of Rs 300, flagging multiple headwinds including competition in China, higher discounts, and BEV transition pressures.

CLSA retained its Accumulate stance but cut its target to Rs 450. It noted weaker-than-expected JLR margins but highlighted confidence in India’s PV growth driven by GST cuts, especially in small-to-mid SUV segments.

JP Morgan also stayed Neutral, reducing its target to Rs 365.

Brokerage said the near-term outlook remains challenging due to JLR disruptions and slower demand in key markets, raising the question of whether the recent share price correction provides a buying opportunity or signals further volatility ahead.

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) share price down 5% after weak Q2—a buying opportunity?

Stock Market Today:&nbsp;Equity benchmarks started the week with mild gains as global cues and steady fund flows supported early sentiment.

The Sensex opened at 84,700.50 and edged higher to 84,753.17 at 09:15. The index gained 190.39 points, or 0.23 per cent, from its previous close of 84,562.78.

The Nifty 50 began trade at 25,948.20, matching its opening level at 09:15. The index rose 38.15 points, or 0.15 per cent, compared to Friday’s close of 25,910.05.

Kotak Bank, L&amp;T, Titan Company, M&amp;M, SBI, Tech Mahindra, and ITC were the top Sensex gainers in early deals. These stocks gained up to 1 per cent.

On the downside, Tata Motors PV dropped 6 per cent. Eternal, TCS, Power Grid, and Infosys also traded lower.

In the broader markets, the Nifty MidCap index advanced 0.45 per cent. The Nifty SmallCap index gained 0.48 per cent. The NSE Nifty 100 was up 0.18 per cent. The Nifty Midcap 100 surged 0.43 per cent. The Nifty Smallcap 100 added 0.31 per cent.

Among sectors, the Bank Nifty hit a fresh record high at 58,830, rising 0.5 per cent. The Nifty PSU Bank index added 1.2 per cent. The Nifty Private Bank and FMCG indices gained 0.5 per cent each. The Nifty Financial Services index rose 0.4 per cent.

Most NSE sectoral indices opened in the green, except Nifty IT, which slipped 0.04 per cent. Nifty PSU Bank and FMCG were the top gainers. Nifty Auto traded flat but positive with a gain of 0.07 per cent.

This week, markets will track fresh US economic data. Fed speakers were hawkish last week, reducing the probability of a December rate cut to 45 per cent. AI-led valuation concerns also continue to influence sentiment. The prolonged 43-day US government shutdown has added to uncertainty.

US markets closed flat on Friday. Asian markets opened sharply lower on Monday after an "unexpectedly strident" Chinese warning to Japan, which increased geopolitical concerns. Gold saw a brief recovery in Asian trade but later gave up those gains.

Tata Motors PV Q2 Results:&nbsp;Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) reported a weak performance in the September quarter of FY26. After Demerger, the company now includes the passenger vehicle, electric vehicle, and Jaguar Land Rover businesses after the recent demerger.

The company posted an adjusted net loss of Rs 6,368 crore. It had reported a net profit of Rs 3,056 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue from operations came in at Rs 71,714 crore. This was down 13.4 per cent from Rs 82,841 crore in the year-ago quarter. Revenue also fell 18 per cent on a sequential basis. The company had reported Rs 87,141 crore in the June quarter.

Operating performance also weakened sharply. TMPV posted an EBITDA loss of Rs 1,404 crore in Q2 FY26. In the September 2024 quarter, EBITDA stood at Rs 9,914 crore.

The company continued to gain traction in the domestic market. Vahan registration market share stood at 12.8 per cent in Q2 FY26. EV Vahan market share was strong at 41.4 per cent.

Tata Motors secured the number two position in Vahan market share in both September and October 2025. This helped in reducing dealer stocks sharply.

Alternative powertrains continued to grow. EV penetration reached 17 per cent. CNG penetration touched 28 per cent in Q2 FY26.

The Punch became the fastest SUV in India to cross the 6 lakh sales milestone in under four years. The company delivered over 1 lakh vehicles between Navratri and Diwali, marking a 33 per cent rise year-on-year.

Nexon remained the number one model in the industry in both September and October across all powertrains. Punch demand stayed strong with more than 40,000 units retailed across the two months. Harrier and Safari reported their highest-ever volumes, supported by the new Adventure X variants and a strong response to Harrier.ev.

<h2>JLR reports lower Q2 revenue; revises FY26 profit guidance</h2>

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), a subsidiary of Tata Motors, posted weaker results for Q2 FY26 due to demand moderation and disruptions earlier in the year.

Revenue for the quarter stood at £4.9 billion, down 24.3 per cent. EBITDA slipped to -1.6 per cent. EBIT fell to -8.6 per cent. PBT (bei) stood at £(485) million.

For H1 FY26, revenue was £11.5 billion, down 16.3 per cent. EBITDA was 4.7 per cent. EBIT came in at -1.4 per cent. PBT (bei) was £(134) million.

JLR revised its EBIT guidance for FY26 to 0–2 per cent.

The company ended September 30, 2025 with a cash balance of £3.0 billion and net debt of £1.8 billion. Gross debt stood at £4.7 billion. Liquidity was strong at £6.6 billion, supported by undrawn credit lines and a new £2.0 billion bridge facility. In October, JLR also secured a £1.5 billion UKEF-guaranteed commercial loan.

To support suppliers, JLR introduced a new £500 million financing programme to provide faster cash flow. Operations recovered after the cyber incident, and production returned to normal levels.

The transformation programme launched in June has started delivering planned cost savings.

SIAM Data 2025: India’s automobile sector reported solid growth across major categories in October 2025, supported by festive-season buying and the impact of the recent GST rate reduction, according to data from the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).

Domestic passenger vehicle (PV) dispatches rose 17.2 per cent to 4,60,739 units, compared with 3,93,238 units in October last year. This was the highest-ever October performance for the segment, reflecting strong demand across entry-level and premium categories.

Two-wheeler sales were also higher, increasing 2.1 per cent to 22,10,727 units from 21,64,276 units in October 2024. Within the segment, scooters posted robust growth of 14.3 per cent with 8,24,003 units, while motorcycle sales fell 4 per cent to 13,35,468 units.

Three-wheeler sales rose 5.9 per cent to 81,288 units. Passenger carrier volumes grew 7.6 per cent and goods carrier sales improved 2.8 per cent. Electric three-wheelers, however, saw weaker activity, with e-rickshaw sales down 27.2 per cent and e-cart volumes lower by 3.4 per cent.

Total production of passenger vehicles, two-wheelers, three-wheelers and quadricycles stood at 28,01,412 units in October 2025, SIAM said.

Rajesh Menon, Director General, SIAM, said the record dispatches were driven by strong retail sentiment during the festive period and the GST rate cut effective from 22 September 2025. “Passenger Vehicle, Two and Three-Wheeler segments posted their highest ever dispatches to dealers in October, primarily buoyed by the festive demand and the recent GST rate reduction, despite being constrained due to certain logistic limitations,” he said.

Menon added that retail activity also strengthened. “With the reduced GST rates becoming effective from 22nd September 2025, October witnessed a strong uptick in vehicle registrations, resulting in a notable rise compared to wholesales,” he said.

WPI Data October 2025: Wholesale price inflation (WPI) declined to minus 1.21 per cent in October, led by a sharp fall in prices of food articles, fuel and key manufactured products, according to government data released on Friday. WPI inflation stood at 0.13 per cent in September and 2.75 per cent in October last year.

The Industry Ministry said the negative wholesale inflation rate was “primarily due to decrease in prices of food articles, crude petroleum and natural gas, electricity, mineral oils and manufacture of basic metals”.

<h2>Food inflation declines sharply</h2>

Deflation in food articles widened to 8.31 per cent in October from 5.22 per cent in September. Prices of onion, potato, pulses and vegetables saw significant declines.

Vegetable prices recorded deflation of 34.97 per cent, compared with 24.41 per cent a month earlier. Pulses saw deflation of 16.50 per cent, while potato and onion prices fell 39.88 per cent and 65.43 per cent respectively.

<h2>Manufactured items and fuel remain weak</h2>

Inflation in manufactured products eased to 1.54 per cent in October from 2.33 per cent in September. 
Fuel and power continued to show deflation at 2.55 per cent, nearly unchanged from 2.58 per cent in September.

<h2>Impact of GST rate cuts</h2>

The fall in wholesale inflation is broadly in line with expectations following cuts in Goods and Services Tax (GST) rates effective September 22.

GST on several mass-consumption items was lowered as part of a rationalisation move that reduced the earlier four-tier structure to two slabs of 5 per cent and 18 per cent.

These tax cuts, along with a favourable base effect, have eased both wholesale and retail inflation.

<h2>Retail inflation at record low</h2>

Retail inflation dropped to an all-time low of 0.25 per cent in October, data released last week showed. This was largely due to GST rate reductions and a high base from the previous year. Retail inflation in September was 1.44 per cent.

<h2>Monetary policy outlook</h2>

The subdued inflation environment increases expectations of monetary easing. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), which tracks retail inflation for policy decisions, kept benchmark rates unchanged at 5.5 per cent last month.

With both WPI and CPI showing sharp declines, analysts expect the central bank to face greater pressure to cut interest rates at the next monetary policy review meeting scheduled for December 3–5.

5:1 Bonus Issue:&nbsp;Autoriders International has approved bonus share issue for its shareholders. The company's board approved a bonus share issue in a 5:1 ratio (5 bonus shares for every 1 share held).

The company informed stock exchanges on Monday that shareholders will receive five fully paid-up bonus equity shares of Rs 10 each for every one equity share held.

A bonus issue is the distribution of additional free shares by a company to its existing shareholders. The new shares are given in proportion to the number of shares an investor already owns. In case of 5:1 bonus issue, a shareholder receives five extra share for every share they hold.

The company said the bonus allotment will be treated as an increase in its paid-up share capital. The issue will be carried out through the capitalization of funds from the securities premium account, free reserves or other eligible reserves.

<h2>Record date fixed</h2>

The Board has fixed 18 November 2025 as the record date to determine eligible shareholders. Those whose names appear on the register of members on that day will receive the bonus shares credited as fully paid-up.

Autoriders International added that the bonus shares will rank pari passu with existing equity shares in all respects. The allotment will apply to shareholders recorded as of 18 November, while the existing shares as of 17 November will form the basis of parity.

<h2>Financial performance</h2>

The company reported a decline in profitability in the September 2025 quarter. Net profit fell 10.82 per cent to Rs 2.39 crore, compared with Rs 2.68 crore in the same period last year.

However, sales grew 11.64 per cent to Rs 24.64 crore in Q2FY26, up from Rs 22.07 crore in Q2FY25.
