Technology firm Lavelle Networks Tuesday said it has raised USD 2 million in funding led by YourNest Venture Capital.

The series A funding also saw participation from Ideaspring Capital, KAAJ Ventures (B V Jagadeesh), and ASM Technologies Ltd.

The SD-WAN company has secured strong enterprise wins in India and the fresh funding will accelerate its rapid expansion programme in FY20 into key digital transformation market opportunities, a statement said.

Software-defined networking in wide area network (SD-WAN) simplifies the management and operation of the enterprise's network. While, the SD-WAN market in India is still at a nascent stage, it is expected to become a USD 250-500 million opportunity in the next 5-7 years as per estimates.

Eros Now, the over-the-top (OTT) platform owned by Eros International Tuesday announced to enter into a partnership with Veriown.

Through this alliance, Eros Now would share films, originals and other content on The Connect' a product designed and conceptualized by Veriown.
