Naukri.com owner Info Edge has invested Rs 2.64 crore in digital medical platform Medcords to buy 11.37 per cent stake, according to a regulatory filing.
"The company has invested through its wholly-owned subsidiary about Rs 2.64 crore in Medcords Healthcare Solutions Private Limited," Info Edge said in the filing.
Medcords facilitates remote consultations, follow-up consultations with doctors and digitisation of user's medical records etc.
"The aggregate shareholding of the company, after this initial investment, in the said entity would be 11.37 per cent on fully converted and diluted basis post completion of fund raise excercise with other investors," Info Edge said.
