Tatkal tickets are available are targetted at those passengers who want to travel on an urgent basis. The Indian Railways reportedly made these changes so that travellers face no difficulties. Here are 10 top IRCTC Tatkal ticket booking rules changes:
IRCTC Tatkal ticket booking time changes: Counters will open from 10 am, while non-AC tickets can be booked from 11 am.
IRCTC Tatkal ticket booking changes: Travellers have to book the ticket a day before their scheduled travel date.
IRCTC Tatkal ticket booking refund changes: If a train is over 3 hours late, complete refund of fare and Tatkal charges is possible.
