Batti Gul Meter Chalu Box Office collection: Shahid Kapoor starrer Batti Gul Meter Chalu has earned Rs 26.42 crore after fours days of release. The film had a slow weekend after its release although with no major competition in theatres. The film also stars Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam along with Shahid Kapoor.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted the box office figures of Batti Gul Meter Chalu on his Twitter handle. He wrote, “#BattiGulMeterChalu Fri 6.76 cr, Sat 7.96 cr, Sun 8.54 cr, Mon 3.16 cr. Total: ₹ 26.42 cr. India biz. #BGMC”
The film revolves around three friends- SK (Shahid Kapoor), a lawyer, Nauti (Shraddha Kapoor), a fashion designer and a person concerned Tripathi. Their simple life gets into a mess when Tripathi’s new business receives an exorbitant electricity bill of Rs 54 lakh.
