BSNL offers Rs 98 plan, looks to drown Reliance Jio with this 'Data Tsunami' pack; should you buy?
The new plan, dubbed as 'Data Tsunami' pack, introduced on the eve of World Telecom Day, is available for customers who can recharge across the country, as well as by visiting third-party recharge portals. The new BSNL tariff plan is a data-only plan and it doesn’t offer any voice-calling or SMS benefits, rather, intends to take on RJio’s Rs 98 prepaid plan and Bharti Airtel’s Rs 99 plan.
BSNL has also planned to offer five other FTTH plans, starting from Rs 999 to Rs Rs 2,999, besides Rs 4,999 FTTH, which is the premium plan. Image source: Reuters
