Maruti Suzuki Dzire shocks, beats Alto as best selling car in India! Check top 10 list

In the Indian auto market, Maruti Suzuki India's (MSI) compact sedan Dzire became the best selling passenger vehicle (PV) model in July, overtaking entry level small car Alto from the company's stable, said the latest data from Society of India Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM). Other facts given by the SIAM are:

Maruti Suzuki Dzire occupied the top slot by selling 25,647 units in July as compared to 14,703 units in the same month a year ago, when it was the fifth best selling model. Image source: Reuters
